  2. Hi, I just wanted to let you know that your book is a life saver. For a young mother of 2 like me its hard to find the time to get your body back in shape and hard finding the motivation. I was back at the gym and eating right about 4 hours of reading the introduction in your book, and the techniques and eating regimes have got me a dress size lower in 2 weeks.
